We grow our plants on our own nursery; these are either propagated by us,
or grown from young plants from reputable suppliers, especially for those
varieties subject to Plant Breeders’ Rights (PBR). We use the minimum of
winter protection, and no heat. At present we use top quality peat-based
composts for all our plants, with added slow release fertiliser to ensure healthy long
term growth. We take pride in producing plants of the highest quality that
will establish well in your garden and which are also excellent value for
money. We offer our plants
generally in 1.4 or 2lt pots, but occasionally may have some stock in smaller
(9cm) or larger (3lt) containers. Our Catalogue The catalogue lists our full range of plants organised by plant type,
namely perennials and herbs. Each entry is accompanied by a brief description
and details of flowering season, ultimate plant height, and preferred aspect.
The key to the aspect is as follows: R sun, m part shade, ® full shade. These details should be used as a guide only; actual performance in your garden
will be influenced by all of the environmental factors that are unique to
your location. Please remember that this is a catalogue, not an availability
list. Stocks of each individual variety will fluctuate throughout the season,
and some are available in limited quantities. Please contact us for up to
date information on availability. The Geum
Collection New for 2010 is our collection of hardy geums. We currently have 47
varieties in our range and are adding more all the time. Presently we are
building our stocks of most varieties and will have limited supplies
available this year. Please see our plant catalogue for a full list. Click
Here to access our full catalogue. How to Order Orders can be placed with us by telephone or e-mail. We can supply
your plants in the following ways: By collection from our stand at one of the many shows that we attend during the
season. Please telephone for details, or visit our website for a full listing
of the shows that we will be attending this year. Local delivery on our own transport can be arranged for larger orders. A quotation for delivery costs can be
